Our daily car rental prices within Yogyakarta city and multi-day land tours on Java Island vary, depending on the type of car used, duration of use, distance traveled, and any additional facilities included. Typically, additional facilities apply to multi-day land trips, for example if you plan to stay overnight outside the city.

Price and service terms:

Car and driver rental prices for YIA Airport pick-up and drop-off are valid for one-way travel. If your flight is delayed, a waiting time fee of 10% of the private transfer price will be charged.
For important guests or tourists who prefer easier pick-up at YIA Airport, you can choose the VIP parking service for an additional fee of IDR 100,000-IDR 200,000 (depending on the car used).
Car rental prices for tours within Yogyakarta city are valid for a maximum of 12 hours. If it is more than that, an overtime fee of 10% of the normal price will be charged. Usage is valid for 12 hours (for example 07.00 AM – 07.00 PM).
The boundaries of the inner city use area include Borobudur Temple, Prambanan Temple, Mount Merapi, Jomblang Cave, and Parangtritis Beach. There will be additional charges for use up to Gunungkidul Beach and tourism in the Menoreh mountains, Kulon Progo.
The maximum duration of use outside the city is 14 hours per day. Central Java Province is calculated as 1 day, while the capital city of Jakarta, West Java, East Java, will be calculated as a minimum of 3 days of rental, due to their considerable distance from Yogyakarta.
For out-of-town use, such as land tours of Yogyakarta, Bromo, Malang, and Ijen Crater, the price includes driver accommodation costs (such as meals and driver rooms), so you don’t need to pay any additional costs.

Important information before ordering: On major holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Eid al-Fitr, Chinese New Year, or Summer Holidays, there is a possibility that prices will increase. So, make sure you contact us first to get a valid price quote, to avoid additional costs that do not meet expectations.

How to Order Our Services

To order our services, you can contact us through the CONTACT information provided on this website. Or, follow these booking steps:

Choose a fleet that suits your needs, number of passengers, comfort, and budget.
Contact us and ask if the vehicle you have chosen is available on the desired day and date.
If available, the ordering process will continue. We will ask you to fill out an order form and make a deposit payment (DP).
We will send proof of payment in the form of a PDF invoice which will be sent via WhatsApp or your email.
At least 3 days before use, we will send data in the form of a photo of the vehicle and the driver’s number assigned to take you.

Note: To make it easier for us to record your reservation, as well as for your mutual comfort, please provide detailed information about your travel plans (if you have already created an itinerary), flight number, hotel name, rental duration, and the number of tour participants in your group.
